Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. 24-hour notice is required if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. A credit card is needed to reserve all appointments - in the event of less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged 30% of your original booked service fee; in the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of your original booked service. Any last minute cancellations who would like to re-book must make a non-refundable deposit of 50% and no shows must pay in full before booking a future service.
